Owner

Mike started DiMeo Construction nearly 20 years ago with a passion for quality craftsmanship and providing clients with an elevated construction experience. A skilled carpenter by trade, Mike brings extensive industry knowledge and a keen eye for detail to every project. From initial bidding to final touches, he ensures each job is completed with transparency, integrity, and a dedication to exceeding client expectations. His leadership fosters a company culture centered on excellence, continuous improvement, and adherence to the highest industry standards. Known for his reliability and expertise, Mike has built lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors alike—earning a reputation as a trusted professional who delivers results on time and within budget.

Kevin Vallerie

Project Manager

With decades of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial construction, Kevin brings deep industry knowledge and leadership to every job site. As Project Manager at DiMeo Construction, he oversees all phases of the building process—from scheduling and subcontractor coordination to materials management and quality control. Project Coordinator

Office Administrator

From managing billing and insurance to coordinating office maintenance and supporting internal processes, she keeps the business on track with precision and professionalism. Highly organized and adaptable, Tara wears many hats - balancing administrative responsibilities with cross-functional support wherever it’s needed. With a background in the marketing industry, she also brings a creative edge and a strategic mindset to the team, adding value beyond traditional office management. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence make her an essential part of the DiMeo team.

Sasha Tarasov

Site Supervisor

Sasha leads day-to-day site operations, managing crews and maintaining high standards of safety and craftsmanship. With sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills, he ensures every job progresses efficiently and to spec.
